Dr. M. Dale Allen <allen@mobap.edu; 314-392-2321> is a professor of Bible and director of the In-Service Ministries. He earned his A.A. degree from Southwest Baptist College, B.A. degree from Central Missouri State University, and B.D. degree in religion from Central Baptist Theological Seminary. He also received Th.M. and Th.D. degrees from Central Baptist Theological Seminary.
Dr. Allen pastored churches for thirty-two years, ministered in full-time evangelism and Bible conferences for six years and has taught at Missouri Baptist University for twenty years. He has served in various capacities with the Southern Baptist Convention, including eight years as a trustee of the Southern Baptist Home Mission Board (now known as the Northern American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention). In addition, he has served in several capacities with the Missouri Baptist Convention, including vice president of the Missouri Baptist Convention and president of the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home Board of Trustees.
Dr. Allen has conducted many meetings and conferences in several states and in Jamaica. He has also led educational and mission trips to Ecuador and Israel. He has written several articles for newspapers and state denominational papers.
