What a gorgeous day for a Groundbreaking! What a milestone moment for Missouri Baptist University!
Missouri Baptist University is proud to announce the Groundbreaking of our new Sports and Recreation Complex and Spartan Village, Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at 12:00 PM.
The new 47,000 square feet, Sports and Recreation Complex will include a 1,000 seat gymnasium, a suspended indoor track, locker rooms, a concession area in Spartan Hall, an expanded training and fitness center, new classrooms, offices for faculty and coaching staff, and will house Missouri Baptist University's Health and Sports Sciences division.
The new Spartan Village will have the flair of a robust Urban Community, with all the amenities a student could want, including private bedrooms, kitchens and sharp attention to detail on the main campus. This new Village will include green space and pedestrian walkways that provide the framework for a cohesive campus community.
