Missouri Baptist University is looking to hire an Enrollment Processing Specialist, part-time position (approximately 28 hours per week). The Enrollment Processing Specialist is a key administrative support position within the Undergraduate Admissions Office, ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations, accurate processing of student data, and exceptional guest experience. This role works closely with the Enrollment Database Administrator to manage, validate, and maintain student information across various platforms, contributing to efficient and accurate data flow for Undergraduate, Graduate, and Online Admissions prospects.
Responsibilities
- Provide overarching support across all areas of the admissions office, enhancing team efficiency through support int he areas of daily office operations, communications, and guest experiences.
- Assist with processing team, transfer students, nursing students, freshmen counselor support, and Assistant Director of Guest Experience in their respective tasks and workflows.
- Implement and optimize automated processes to enhance productivity and reduce errors in Admissions operations.
- Serve as a backup for answering the Admissions Office main phone line, as well as Reception phone line, assisting with scheduling, directing phone calls, and general admissions questions. This also includes checking and responding to emails and voicemails.
- Provide additional support during busy seasons, leaves of absence, and hiring period transitions to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience
High school diploma with 2 years of general office experience.
Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in admissions operations, particularly with process automation and workflow optimization.
