Alumni

Anyone who has completed at least two semesters at MBU is eligible to work out in the SRC and attend group fitness classes on a semester-long basis. Each four-month membership costs only $25 per person, or $6.25 a month! Alumni must complete membership forms and pay the $25 fee with cash or check upon first visit.  Alumni will be required to present a photo ID and membership card when accessing the facility.

Alumni can borrow books from the Jung-Kellogg Learning Center after signing up for a library card at the circulation desk. Cards are valid for one semester. Please bring a form of ID when signing up for your library card.

Alumni can obtain information and assistance from the Office of Career Development free of charge.

Alumni can sign up to receive the MBU Magazine, which includes a section of alumni updates. To determine your alumni concession status, complete the Alumni Concession & Grant Form.  Click here to complete the form.

Recipients of a bachelor’s degree from MBU are eligible to receive a concession on certain future full-time coursework.

The Alumni Dependent Grant is for full-time undergraduate students who are the spouse or child of an MBU alumnus.  For details, click here.

When you use your eScrip card at Schnucks, a percentage of your purchase will go toward MBU scholarships. Pick up a card at the customer service counter at Schnucks, stop by room 329 in MBU’s Field Building or email alumni@mobap.edu to have one mailed to you. Enterprise and National have made discounts available to all MBU alumni. Enroll in National’s Emerald Club frequent renter program for free for the following benefits:

Drury Hotel discounts are available to MBU alumni for business and personal use. Alumni can receive discounts at select locations on certain dates and a 10% discount nationwide. To claim your discount when reserving a room by phone or online, use MBU’s corporate ID 317114 or ask for the Missouri Baptist University rate. This rate includes hot breakfast and dinner, cold beverages, wireless Internet, long-distance and local calls and business center use.
