Assistant Director of Residence Life
Clayce Fletcher is a Missouri Baptist University alum and brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role as Assistant Director of Residence Life at MBU. With a degree in human services earned from MBU, Clayce has dedicated his career to serving others in various ministry and service roles.
Each day brings unique opportunities. Whether it’s connecting with students over coffee, coordinating dorm services, leading Resident Assistant (RA) training sessions, or navigating unexpected situations, Clayce embraces the diverse nature of his work. His greatest fulfillment comes from equipping RAs to effectively serve their residents, fostering a Christ-centered community built on service and support. Clayce and the ResLife team, want to empower students to flourish into the people God has called them to be, and help nurture that person within a safe and supportive living environment.
Residing on campus with his wife and two dogs, Clayce also oversees the male students in Spartan Village and walks with them through their college journey. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Clayce is an avid lover of the outdoors, is working his way through a Master of Divinity degree, enjoys exploring new coffee shops or restaurants, and playing games with friends.
