Rachel Rooker is the Resident Director for North Hall. Beginning her time at MBU in an administrative position, Rachel jumped feet first into the RD position in October of 2021. In this role, she works to foster an inviting and uplifting community, as well as helping students walk through the challenges of entering adulthood. She loves getting to hear the hopes, dreams, and plans of the students and especially enjoys the opportunity to plan fun events for the girls in her building to make new friends and unwind.  

Rachel holds a B.S. of Christian Ministry from LeTourneau University and is soon to receive her Master’s degree in Christian Ministry from MBU! When Rachel is not serving students or studying for her Master’s classes, she can be found playing with her husband and son, watching British television, baking, or reading.
