Student Accounts Coordinator - Missouri Baptist University (Mobap)

Missouri Baptist University is looking to hire a Student Accounts Coordinator. This is a full-time position which is responsible for carrying out daily accounts receivable tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Process payments to student accounts via CAMS. Analyze student accounts and adjust as necessary. Prepare bookstore voucher files and process bookstore voucher sales on students’ accounts.
  • Reconcile cash, card, and check transactions from prior day deposits and prepare for bank deposit. Receive and record entries to CAMS all non-student deposits. Assist with credit refund processing and stale check monitoring.
  • Make petty cash disbursement and maintain accurate records of funds issued.
  • Assist with third party billing and interdepartmental processing procedures. Monitor and maintain payment plan enrollments, payment forms, and online payments.
  • Answer phone, emails, assist student visitors with billing questions and payment arrangements. Maintain a collection of quality control reports.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma and 2 – 3 years of experience in accounting and cash management.

Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree
