The Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership at Missouri Baptist University has been developed with the career professional in mind and is fully online with one residency requirement throughout the program. Our faculty members are higher education leaders who bring an experienced, global, and faith-based worldview to the classroom.
The program consists of 42 credit hours and the completion of a dissertation. Upon entering the program, you will join a cohort of students who will move through the program with you. Our degree completion time is 2.5 years. You will work with your faculty advisor and dissertation committee chair through each milestone to keep you on track to completion of a dissertation and graduation.
The online offering offers flexibility and accessibility to prospective students. Our core faculty work closely with the online and face-to-face doctoral students as advisors and mentors to ensure students are guided and supported throughout the duration of their doctoral work.
